Mr. Edwards serves in the dual roles of Vice President of Business Development and Project Manager with Otten Consulting Group, Inc. He is a graduate of the Texas Accessibility Academy and has been employed at Otten Consulting Group since March 2006. Mr Edwards has successfully served as Project Manager on several large ADA projects including the nationwide survey of 800+ Macy's utilizing a staff of 30 surveyors. In addition he served as Project Manager on ADA assessments for the Houston Independent School District, the Pasadena Independent School District, the Alief Independent School District, and the city of Port Arthur, Texas.

Mr. Edwards has almost 40 years of experience in Information Technology, having served as a programmer, programmer/analyst, business systems analyst, and co-author of a proprietary mainframe software product in use by banks nation-wide. This wealth of IT experience uniquely qualifies Mr. Edwards to serve as Project Manager in an environment like Otten Consulting Group, where heavy reliance on computers and proprietary computer software distinguishes Otten Consulting Group from it's competitors.
